Description:
The Village of Newcomerstown is requesting sealed bids for the demolition and cleanup of the building at 215 North Bridge Street in Newcomerstown.
Bid should include:
1. Breakdown and removal of all wood and dissolvable material from site.
2. Removal and saving of foundation stone.
3. Basement must be filled in and compacted. Brick material from house can be used for filling basement.
4. Property should be ground level when completed and all trash material removed.
5. Must submit proof of insurance with bid.
All sealed bids must be received by 1 pm on September 1st at the Newcomerstown Mayor's Office. Bids will be opened at 1pm. The Village reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
