Description:
The Town of Dewey Beach is seeking proposals for up to $3 million of financing to fund both the development of a new Town Hall/Public Safety Building and transaction-related costs. The Town seeks to close the proposed financing by April 15, 2025.
All proposals must be submitted through the Town's secure bid portal. Applicants will be prompted to create an account to view the full bid packet and submit a bid. No hardcopies or emailed bids will be accepted. Bids must be submitted by 5:00pm on March 21, 2025.
