The City of Cape May will award this Competitive Contract in accord with Price and Other Factors as outlined within N.J.S.A 40A:11-4.1 et. Seq., and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et. Seq.,
Report of Competitive Contract:
In accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.4(d) the summary report will be posted on the City procurement website at www.bidnetdirect.com//capemaycity at least 48 hours prior to the governing body taking action on award.
This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5).
