REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Safe Streets & Roads Program Action Plan
Notice is hereby given by the City of Cape May that a request for Proposals in accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. Seq. and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. Seq. will be received by the City of Cape May November 29, 2023, at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time publicly broadcast and recorded on zoom and conducted on electronic platform, in accord with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et. Seq., on Bidnet direct at www.bidnetdirect.com//capemaycity .
Specifications, standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are on file and available at www.bidnetdirect.com//capemaycity. The City will only receive electronic submittals, no physical submittals will be accepted.
NOTE:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the response package is uploaded to the e- procurement site by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.

The City Council expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bid and accompanying documents received. Bids shall not be withdrawn by bidder for sixty (60) days from the date bids are received.
Each bidder is required to submit a “Business Registration Certificate” with the bid in compliance with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
Bidders must comply with the “Affirmative Action” requirements, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L 1975, c. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
