NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that request for proposals from qualified parties for the provision of beach raking services will be received by the Town of Dewey Beach. Full submission instructions and bid packet are available at townofdeweybeach.com. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 PM EST, February 9, 2024.

REVIEW & APPROVAL
Proposals will be evaluated and results will be made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected company/individual. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. During the evaluation process, the Town reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. Applicants may be requested to make an oral presentation to a selection committee as part of the final evaluation process. The Town reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the applicant of the conditions contained in this request for proposals, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between the Town and the company/individual selected.
