NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received, opened and read in the City Hall Auditorium, Municipal Building, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, New Jersey 08204, at a public session on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 10:00 AM for
FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF SOURCE CAPTURE VEHICLE EXHAUST REMOVAL SYSTEM
Said proposals are to be in accordance with specifications, copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be obtained during regular business hours. PROPOSALS MUST BE ENCLOSED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE BIDDER'S NAME AND ADDRESS AND DESIGNATION OF ITEM BID NOTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE.
The City Council expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bid and accompanying documents received. Bids shall not be withdrawn by bidder for sixty (60) days from the date bids are received.
Each bidder is required to submit a "Business Registration Certificate" with the bid in compliance with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
Bidders must comply with the "Affirmative Action” requirements, N.J.S.A. 10:5‑31 (P.L 1975, c.127) and N.J.A.C 17:27.
